Introduction

nventr is committed to the privacy and confidentiality of information provided by you to nventr. This Privacy Policy describes nventr current policies and practices with regard to Personal Data collected by nventr from you directly. The term "Personal Data" refers to personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, job description, health-related data, birthday, e-mail address or mailing address.

Collection of Information

nventr may collect personally identifiable information when voluntarily submitted by nventr's online and on site visitors. The information provided is used to fulfill specific requests. This information is only used to fulfill the specific request, unless given permission to use it in another manner. In order to provide nventr's full range of services, nventr may collect the following types of information: Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This includes names, postal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, company information, etc., as provided by nventr's clients and website visitors. This Privacy Policy applies to websites and services that are owned and operated by nventr. nventr does not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results or links from within nventr's various services. Once a visitor has used these links to leave nventr's site, the visitor should note that nventr does not have any control over that other website. Therefore, nventr cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information, which a visitor provides while visiting such sites and this privacy statement does not govern such sites. To the extent permitted by the Safe Harbor Agreement, nventr reserves the right to process personal information in the course of providing professional services to nventr's clients without the knowledge of individuals involved. Where nventr collects personal information directly from individuals in the European Union and Switzerland, nventr will inform them about the types of personal information nventr collects from them, the purposes for which nventr collects and uses such information, and the types of non-agent third parties to which nventr discloses that information. nventr will also inform those individuals about the choices and means, if any, nventr offers individuals for limiting the use or disclosure of their information.

Disclosure and Transfers

In general, nventr will not disclose any personally identifiable information except when nventr has permission under special circumstances, such as when nventr believes in good faith that the law requires it or under other circumstances outlined in this Policy. nventr may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting nventr in fraud prevention or investigation. nventr may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. To the extent necessary for such purposes, nventr take reasonable steps to make sure that personal information is accurate, complete, current and otherwise reliable with regard to its intended use.

nventr takes reasonable steps to protect all personally identifiable information that nventr handle. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use and confidentiality of personally identifiable information, either for its own purposes or on behalf of nventr's clients, nventr has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the personal information nventr possess. However, nventr cannot guarantee the security of personally identifiable information on or transmitted via the Internet.

Access and Correction

If an individual becomes aware that personally identifiable information nventr maintains about that individual is inaccurate, or if an individual would like to update or review his or her personal information, the individual may contact nventr using the contact information below. nventr will take reasonable steps to permit individuals to correct, amend, or delete personally identifiable information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate. The individual will need to provide sufficient identifying personal information, such as name, address, birth date, and social security number. nventr may request additional identifying personal information as a security precaution. nventr may limit or deny access to personally identifiable information where providing such access would be unreasonably burdensome or expensive in the circumstances, or as otherwise permitted by the Safe Harbor Agreement. In some circumstances, nventr may charge a reasonable fee, where warranted, for access to personally identifiable information.

Enforcement and Dispute Resolution

nventr utilizes the self-assessment approach to ensure its compliance with nventr's privacy policy. nventr periodically verifies that the policy is accurate, comprehensive for the information intended to be covered, prominently displayed, completely implemented, and in conformity with the Safe Harbor Principles. nventr encourages interested persons to raise any concerns with nventr using the contact information below. nventr will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the principles contained in this Policy. With respect to any complaints relating to this Policy that cannot be resolved through nventr's internal processes, nventr has agreed to participate in the dispute resolution procedures of the panel established by the European Union and Switzerland Data Protection Authorities to resolve disputes pursuant to the Safe Harbor Principles. If nventr or the European Union and Switzerland Data Protection Authorities determine that nventr did not comply with this Policy, nventr will take appropriate steps to address any adverse effects and to promote future compliance. Any person whom nventr determines is in violation of nventr's Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary process.
